Kiddin' Theatre
Just Kiddin' Theatre is
a drama program that delivers dramatic arts to students. The program is situated in the village of Metcalfe, Ontario, and is based on the belief that enrichment of the arts
is not only a fun and enjoyable experience but presents opportunity to develop skills that will positively impact
students for the rest of their lives.
Our program normally runs a fall session and a
winter/spring session. Sessions usually comprise skills
development workshops that train students in theatre
technique. Workshop topics covered include mime, voice,
improv, character development, scene study, and more. The
program also stages plays where students may apply what they
have learned and also be exposed to the non-acting elements of
mounting a stage production.
The program is sponsored by the Osgoode Township Youth
Activities Committee and is also supported
by greatly-appreciated private donations. Workshop
facilities are located in the Metcalfe Council Chambers
